Nachos
at Justin’s
Mike, Nicole and I went to have some nachos at Justin’s
on Southport and Roscoe. Overall they
were very tasty. I give them an 8 on a
scale of 10. If you’re wondering about
Mike, he was the designated photographer for the evening. After a mild technical setback, he took some
damn good pictures. Here’s the Nacho
Experience:
The
Anticipation – I had heard good things about these nachos. And we were pretty hungry.
The Delivery – Laura (aka
“Server #4”) quickly delivered on her promise.
The Nachos – Need I
say more?
The Aroma – Like a
fine wine, nachos need to be examined thoroughly. My high school chemistry teacher always taught me to waft the
scent toward the nose. It can be
dangerous to smell the specimen directly.
The Discussion – Nicole and
I discussed our opinions. We both
agreed not to send the platter back. It
was quite satisfactory to our discriminating nacho tastes.
Pure
Heaven – I finally made my dream come true. A Pabst Blue Ribbon combined with a plate of
hearty nachos. I can die now.
