South of the Border Nachos
As
promised, I present the nacho experience from Mexico.
My
roommate, Amy, had nachos waiting for me when I came home from work. What a gal.
Here’s
a nearly empty nacho platter. I’m with
Lisa at “La Charla” in Guadalajara, Mexico.
They always had pretty slow service, and didn’t take a picture until we
were pretty much finished. But the best
20 peso nacho platter around.
